Catalogs and line sheet order forms are available on request. Orders can be placed by email to, by phone at 201-368-1010, or faxed to 201-701-0337. Proforma invoice will be emailed to customer for confirmation.

Order Fulfillment
Orders are shipped within 2 - 7 business days(depends on size of order and location) upon order confirmation. We will provide tracking information upon shipment.

Shipping & Delivery
Once orders are confirmed and paid for, they are shipped by UPS Ground and delivered usually within 2 - 7 business days (depending on size of order and location). A tracking number will be provided once order is shipped. Customer MUST provide complete and correct shipping details including contact number/s to avoid delays in order processing. If a customer's shipping and billing address is incorrect, we may need to verify and this will create delays in processing the order.

All That’s Italia orders are shipped from our warehouse in Elizabeth, New Jersey. For items not in stock, the customer will be notified and a refund will be submitted.

We only accept credit card payments from Mastercard, Visa, and AMEX and Paypal.

All That’s Italia products have one-year warranty. We are not responsible for damage during shipping or damage caused by customer.

Returns & Exchanges
Customers shall notify us of any visible defects, quantity shortages or incorrect product shipments within seven (7) days of receipt of the shipment. You may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or a full refund. The item must be in original packaging and in perfect and resalable condition. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

All returns must be authorized by That’s Italia and assigned a Return Authorization number or it will not be eligible for return. Please contact us by email at, or call 201-368-1010 for Return Authorization number.

When a package is returned without a proper RMA authorization number for an exchange, there will be a 5% restock fee for return items. Shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged return packages.

Pricing error / Misprint
In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, That's Italia Shop may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
